Another example of great service from Craig and the Abacus team today - my water system refused to prime the day before we were due to go away and Abacus managed to squeeze me in same-day, diagnose a faulty pump and fit a replacement so that we were on our way with minimal time lost. Great stuff - thanks guys!

Had our first habitation inspection done recently of which we were very pleased with the efficiency, quality of service and the overall team within the service department who were very helpful, polite and very welcoming, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. A thankyou to Gosia for arranging booking and looking after us on the day, along with Manager Robin and Johan who carried out the inspection giving us excellent feedback.

Since purchasing our Swift Kontiki from Abacus we have been very pleased with their Aftersales service, will definitely remain a customer.

Great service once again from Gosia and Craig at Abacus. Thank you, guys!! We are now about 8 months into our motorhome experience. We love it but have to say that the build quality of these things is very tacky. Had lots of screws work loose, rattling, and a failed rear camera. Also had a couple of real problems, e.g., the solar system needing replacement parts. It took almost 2 months for Swift to send replacement parts, so this was a real grumble. But the guys at Abacus are very helpful, and they are a great dealership. Very helpful.

As usual Abacus HAB went smoothly great service from booking right through to finishing on time for my long drive back to Kent.

Gosia always greets her customers with a very warm and friendly welcome, always ensuring she has exceptional knowledge and understanding of any issues presented to her, giving the customer every confidence the job in hand is her priority. Although the failed part had to be ordered, Alan went above and beyond and did his very best to do a temporary repair until the new part arrived. We are always impressed with the very professional help and support from all of the Abacus team in Andover.
