Why leave a member of the family behind? With Abacus Motorhomes, all of our hire motorhomes are now pet-friendly, making it easier to enjoy a UK motorhome holiday with your dog or other four-legged family member.
A motorhome gives you the freedom to explore the UK together, without the need to leave your pet at home or arrange kennel accommodation. Whether you're planning a coastal road trip, a countryside escape, a weekend away or a longer family holiday, our dog friendly motorhome hire gives you the flexibility to bring your best friend along for the adventure.
All Our Hire Motorhomes Are Pet Friendly
We're excited to offer pet-friendly motorhome hire across our entire hire fleet, so you can choose the motorhome that best suits your holiday rather than having to find a specific pet-friendly model.
We do recommend choosing your motorhome carefully, particularly if you're travelling with a larger dog or bringing lots of equipment with you. A larger motorhome may give you and your pet more room to relax and enjoy the journey.
£50 Per Pet
There is a one-off supplementary charge of £50 per pet for the duration of your hire.
Up to 2 Pets
You can bring a maximum of two pets with you when hiring one of our pet-friendly motorhomes.

A Few Important Rules
To help us keep our motorhomes clean and comfortable for every customer, pets are not permitted on the soft furnishings or bed areas of the motorhomes unless a suitable, clean cover or similar is used. If evidence is found that pets have been on the soft furnishings without suitable protection, an additional cleaning charge will apply.
We recommend bringing your pet's own bed, blanket and any other familiar items to help them settle comfortably into motorhome life.
