Very recently had the pleasure of dealing with Guy and Kirsty to buy a campervan from Abacus. The service we received from them and the team was brilliant. Communication was proactive from when the deal was made right the way through to collection. We’ve even had some courtesy calls since collection to check in. I feel like you’re welcomed as part of the family when you buy from Abacus, you’re not just a customer number. They even welcomed the dog into the new campervan with a few presents for him!! Also shout out to Craig for giving us all the time in world on the handover session and having a laugh with us along the way. I would highly recommend working with these guys. A really friendly atmosphere with a great range of stock. Guy was full of helpful tips as experienced Motorhome owner himself. Good technical advise from Craig too, we’re very happy with our Motorhome and the service Abacus provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We bought a new Motorhome from the friendly team at Abacus, the whole process was excellent and they were very helpful. Our timing was a bit unfortunate as they had a few off at a show so we had to wait a little, but other than that excellent. Then having bought we had a comprehensive handover from Craig but they were unable to register it as the DVLA website was down! They then offered to drive the Motorhome for us all the way to the New Forest for our first night. A great many thanks for Kirsty for offering and then driving and to May for following and taking Kirsty back, all in their own time - what amazing customer service. Since then, as novices we've had a few questions and we always get a propmpt and helpful reply - we really can't recomend them enough!

Just went in to look at the campers had a chat with James said how interested I was about buying one so had a walk round with him and he was very helpful what I liked about it he was not trying to push me into buying something there and then but told me to go away and think about what I want in the inside as every model is different for sure you don't get many salesman like that!
