How much do you know about our customer journey here at Abacus Motorhomes?
Today we’re going to be taking you through everything you need to know about hiring one of our motorhomes, from the moment you arrive at our Andover showroom, to the moment you drive off!
So if you’re thinking of hiring a motorhome, then you’re in the right place! Whether you’re an experienced motorhomer or a complete novice, at Abacus Motorhomes we’re here to help. We will help you every step of the way of the customer journey, to ensure you’re able to create unforgettable moments and memories with your family or friends, on your motorhome adventure.
The first stage of the customer journey is that when you arrive here at Abacus Motorhomes you will be greeted by one of our staff to go through the check out process. This includes ID and proof of address, which we take copies of. Once this has been checked we will require a payment for the security bond.
What do you need to bring prior to your arrival?
You would have been advised to bring with you the following:
National Insurance Number or Share My Licence Code
2 forms of additional ID (showing current name and address, dated within the last 3 months)
Once we’ve completed this process, we can take you through to the vehicle. Here we will give you a quick tutorial, as well as instructions on how to operate the basic facilities in the vehicle. We’ll also perform a defect check, to make sure all parties are in agreement of the condition of the vehicle before you depart.
All of these operations and processes are purely for the benefit of you, the customer, so that you can enjoy and make the most of your time in an Abacus Motorhome!
